Does not having taken any AP and Honors class really make a difference?
Answered

I'm applying as international student and also because my school doesn't even have a guidance counselor, I had to search almost all of the application process.

My school doesn't not offer any AP and Honors classes and because of that my course rigour is always below zero.

And thus, I wanted to know if it will drastically affect my chances.

Since your school doesn’t provide AP and Honors classes the college you apply to won’t hold it against you. You can make up not having AP or Honors classes by having extracurriculars or a good essay. If you could have AP classes and Honors classes but chose not to is a different story.
