Do you think all the colleges that I have applied to who are now, or most of them, might be interested in me because they are sending me virtual tours, virtual chat sessions with students and hearing about all their different college options on campus? Or just I don’t know what bc I already applied so I’m just curious and confused.

Colleges usually send emails when you've signed up for them through the college board or commonapp. I don't think they track the sending of these emails against who has applied and who has not.
