currently a junior in high school, taking dual credit classes, have a gpa of 3.5 with mostly A’s with an occasional b or c is wondering should I already start applying for scholarships and with given info do you think i could get into austin texas university it’s my realistic dream school since I know yale although best psych program globally have the slimmest chance of even being looked upon

It's never too early to apply for scholarships! Many websites offer scholarships geared toward juniors specifically. You must look at the scholarship's education requirements before applying.

Your GPA is slightly below the average at Texas University, but you still have the rest of your junior year to push it higher. I recommend challenging yourself with AP courses that can weigh much toward your GPA. Even if you have the same GPA when you decide to apply, the worst they can say is "no." All colleges look at more than just your GPA. A school would rather have a student with an average GPA and many extracurriculars than a 4.0 student with none.
