Report the default GPA reported on your transcript. Some high schools use the unweighted as the default and others use the weighted. You want to use the score that best matches what is shown on your official high school transcript to make it easier for the application reader to corroborate. If the AO reads 50 applications from your high school and 49 use the default unweighted GPA, then you muddy the waters by reporting your weighted GPA. You are being evaluated against the peers at your school so you want to make sure the AO can compare apples to apples.

The one that puts you in the highest percentile relative to your high school and the admitted Class of 2027 to Lynn University.

You should probably report both, if possible. If you must choose one, your highest (weighted is most likely) is best to report.
