Will Colleges raise an eyebrow when I email them that I withdrew from a course?
Answered

So I’ve decided to withdraw from my AP Stat because I gave myself too much course load my senior year and don’t have the time to study that and AP physics at the same time. I am doing extracurriculars that don’t give me the time I need for 5 APs and I have withdrawn from this class since I already have all my math credits needed. When emailing colleges that my transcript changed, will this ruin my chances? I’m looking at JMU, VT, and UVA.

It's very doubtful that AP Stats would have any additional positive impact on your academic record. I would focus on getting the very best grades in the courses you have on your plate.

Hi! I don't believe that they will. Since you already have your math credits fulfilled, and you're taking five other APs, once colleges see your Common App Application with your extracurriculars and the time you put into them, I think they would be able to interpret why you had to drop the course. After all, it's better to drop a course as opposed to taking it and struggling through it.
