Admissions Advice

How would I list getting a scholarship awarded to attend a summit on my activities sheet?
Answered

Would this be considered a scholarship, and/or an activity/extracurricular? How would I enter this on the common app, and how would it be categorized for CollegeVine chancing purposes?

It was a scholarship from National Network for Youth to attend a virtual event with their organization on youth homelessness. It was hosted by a professional level membership based organization of different nonprofits and interested parties who run programs focused on helping disadvantaged youth.

A scholarship is an award/honor, not an Extracurricular Activity. You wouldn't put this as one of your 10 slots on the common app because it is not an EC. You would put this under the Awards/Honors section which as I believe 5 slots.

Good luck.
