Admissions Advice

Does graduating early from high school give me an advantage/disadvantage in college admissions?

I am graduating high school after finishing 11th grade, which means I am graduating 1 year early. Does this put me at a disadvantage when applying to colleges because I have heard that many colleges doesn't prefer early grads. Does graduating early makes my chances go up/ down when applying to colleges via early decision? I want to get accepted into a competitive university such as Johns Hopkins, Princeton, etc.

I'm doing the same! As an athlete wanting to be recruited to play in college, I've had to learn how my graduating early will effect me. Most schools fortunately don't view you negatively because of it. If your grades are up to the schools standards (or above) then you should be just fine!
