Your ECs do show some art related interests in making figurnes, keychains, book illustrations, and digital characters, art gallery... all are art in some form or fashion. If it is possible (depends on the essay prompt), I would write your essay about wanting to pursue arts and why. Make sure you don't simply relist your ECs but pick a few specific instances you want to share more specifically. I have a more extensive post about essay writing here: collegevine.com/c/junior/49537/make-your-essay-stand-out I don't know what grade you are in, but stay involved in art related projects, clubs, etc. until graduating hs. This will show a continued art interest.

Keep up the good work!
