Restoring old collegevine account

Hi! I used to use collegevine on my school account, but at some point my school decided to not let students log into collegevine (and many other websites) with their school account. Since then, I haven't been able to log into collegevine on my school account, but I still get emails about what's happening on my profile from that account. I got an admissions offer at some point today for that account, but it won't let me log into the account. Is there any way I can merge my personal and school account, or change the email associated with that account without logging in? My personal account (this account) works, but I got the offer on my school account and now can't log into that one. I'd be happy to get rid of this account and just use my school one if I could.
