Courses I took count as what in the CV?
Answered

I am an international student, and I am taking (and have already finished some) free courses that some universities in my country offer, e.g., I have already taken Ethics in Organizations at X university, and I am taking Educational Psychology at Y university.

I want to know if these courses I take add something to my CV (I don't take courses just for that reason, I do them because I like studying things taught beyond the school content and I want to discover and better understand my areas of interest).

Somebody could help me please :) ?

Yes, you can and you should add these courses to your CV because doing this will inform them about your interest in the subject and extracurricular activity at your school.
