Can I submit my Columbia University letter of rec LATE?
Hi! My counselor hasn’t submitted their letter of recommendation yet for my Columbia app, and it is due in less than 3 days. I have tried contacting them, but it has been quite impossible since we are on winter break, and also because of the Holidays. But, will my application be penalized if I submit my letter of recs LATE and not on the deadline (January 1st)? Or will I be ABLE to still submit my application without letter of rec?

yes, you definitely can. most schools will accept letters of recommendation up to two weeks after the deadline. I would just go into your application portal and see what it says. If you can get it in by January 15 you should be okay. Otherwise just email the admissions email that they give you. Good luck! Hope to see you in the fall #columbia28 for us!
I am not too sure but try calling their office and also try to get that letter in before the due date
