How/Can I raise my gpa from a 3.731 to a 3.8 in the last semester of my senior year?

Hi!

I’m currently a senior in Highschool just starting my second semester of senior year. I’m working to graduate with desired gpa honors and earn academic letters. As of now, my weighted GPA is 3.731 (I’ve taken 28.5 credits worth) and my goal is to get it to a 3.8 by the end of this semester. For the last two years I’ve been a straight A student, so ensuring I get good grades isn’t my issue so much as not knowing what classes to take to achieve this/if it is achievable.

This semester I am taking 5 normal classes and 1 AP class. If I continue to get A’s in these classes, will I meet my desired GPA? And if not, what other additional classes should I take (for example, adding another AP class/adding two normal classes).

On a side note which I am just curious about, would I be able to get a 3.85 gpa by the end of this semester? Also, what classes would I need to take?

Thank you!!!

I don't think adding a normal class would raise your GPA. If you can try and add a AP or Honors course that would be ideal. But if you think you can get an A in all the classes then don't add anything.
