Hello, I'm a sophomore in high school and, like the title says, I'm looking for help with extracurriculars (sorry in advance for the slight word vomit). Just to preface, I've been struggling with this because of the kind of high school I go to; that is, my high school doesn't offer any fine arts classes and is almost strictly academics focused. However, this is only because students graduate with both a high school diploma and associates degree after the four years.
My school doesn't have sports or fine arts classes, and while they do have clubs, most of them occur on the same days and meet at the same time which makes being in multiple kind of difficult. I'm currently in four clubs, about to be five after me and my friend submit some paperwork.
The clubs I'm in are a diversity club, crochet club, dungeons and dragons, and a mental health club. Me and my friend are also going to be starting a book club soon. I hope to major in psychology and go into forensic psychology in the future.
I only have a leadership position in one of the clubs at the moment because I started the mental health club, I'm supposed to take over a leadership position for dungeons and dragons either this year or the next once the current seniors leave, and I will for sure have a leadership position in the prospective book club. I will mention, though, that I'm also struggling a bit with maintaining the mental health club and properly advertising for it (I'm sorry this is kind of sidetracked, but any advice for this would also be greatly appreciated!!).
As another small factor, despite knowing it's a reach school Brown is my top choice. I know it's unlikely, but I'd still like to try for it no matter what.
I guess I'm just wondering what else I can do that's relevant to psychology and/or forensic science?
