Mid-Year Report

Hi, so I am a senior who has applied to numerous of colleges. I have received my mid-year report. I am very confused on what colleges need it however. When I look some up, it says they do require it however when I look at my application portal there is nothing missing from my application. I know just to be safe I should just send it to all colleges, however there was a change in a grade for a class a rather not discuss here. Going back on topic, for example for Columbia University it says I have completed everything for my application however I've checked their website and it says they do need it? Other colleges like Villanova have actually sent me an email saying they need my mid year grades. Please I need help, I don't want colleges to discard my application over a stupid mistake!
