If you are a top student who has excellent test scores, TOEFL scores, grades, recommendations, ECc, and a transcript that shows you have met the requirements for applying to American colleges, then you can. You have to do your own research on each school you are interested in applying to. Keep in mind there are over 5000 colleges in America. Some are more lenient than others. Also if you are wealthy and can afford to pay full tuition room and board you will have more options available to you if you meet the requirements of the college. Best of luck.

I don't know any off the top of my head. I do know that almost all the Elite colleges or Ivy League ones have a HS requirements are more tailored for 12th graders because they want 4 years of Maths, 4 years of Science, 4 years of English, 4 years of Language and 3 or 4 years of History. So the schools that are either large public universities or smaller lesser known private colleges will be more flexible. But again you have to start somewhere and research the HS requirements for each school.
