In my opinion, you should pick up extracurriculars activities that is most suitable for your intended major and/or display your personality, passion for the college you're applying to. For example, join a charity organization, colleges love seeing you give back to the community, or join a sports or hobby club that your schools offer. It's best to chose what you're good at and try to specialize the most in that area, quality over quantity in extracurriculars, hope this helps!
