Most people wouldn't know how to help you with internships in your country of origin since most people are Americans. Also, there are only 118 days before Regular Decision college applications are due, sign, sealed, and delivered. Your extracurricular narrative can't be improved much in this time frame. You should consider focusing on finalizing your college list, essays, getting teacher and counselor recommendations, and making your application as good as possible with what you have. BEST

You can take up online courses or internships on maybe things related to your /passion. For example I took up a psychology Internship with a hospital. You could also help your community during these times. Like I am taking classes at a government girl's home and am also a responder for a Covid-19 helpline( I transfer calls to counselors who are free). These things may seem small but really show your value for your community. During times like this, support for community will show a lot of great interpersonal qualities.
