What're Some Extracurricular Activities for Aerospace Science/Engineering?
Answered

I'm a rising sophomore attending a public high school in Arizona, and I'm exploring opportunities for competitions, research, or passion projects that relate to aerospace—preferably with an aeronautical focus.

I'd like engage in something I can include on my college application as an extracurricular activity or an award/honor. This way I can demonstrate my passion and other positive qualities. I'm also interested in learning about opportunities that may be available to me further along in my high school career.

That being said, what would be an exceptional or prestigious extracurricular relating to aerospace that would help me stand out from other applicants at top universities?

I participated in Science Olympiad and loved it. You'll compete on a team and can participate in Aerospace specific events.
