How is act and sat calculated from middle eastern grading system?

I am a tenth grader in the middle east with a high average 98% but i don't know if it can be calculated into other forms

The SAT and ACT are standardized tests that you have to take separately from the things that you do in school, so your grades in your classes won't have anything to do with your scores on the tests.

The SAT and ACT are graded on their own scale; out of 1600 and 36 respectively. Your Middle East exams have no effect on your SAT and ACT scores as they're administered independently.
