Good evening! It's completely normal to feel anxious about the SAT, but remember, you've done a lot to prepare, and that's a huge part of the battle. Let's take a moment to focus on what you can control.

First, ask yourself, have you identified specific areas of the SAT you feel less confident about? This could help you target your study efforts in the coming days. If you're unsure, I'd be happy to help you figure out how to assess this.

Additionally, consider what calming techniques work best for you to manage test-day nerves. This might include deep breathing exercises, positive affirmations, or even a good night's sleep before the test.

Also, remember that many colleges are test-optional, so you have the flexibility to decide whether to submit your scores based on your performance.

What do you think would help you feel more prepared or less anxious about the SAT?
