While these schools are hard to get into as such they require competitive applicants some schools are cheap for international students and aren’t competitive admissions but will likely be more expensive. https://www.cappex.com/articles/match-fit/cheapest-US-colleges-international-students. Generally schools in the center of US are cheaper than schools on the coast very rule of thumb however. I’d highlight Wyoming, the Mississippi schools Kansas Kansas St Nebraska and lastly New Mexico.
