I am an hispanic student and im not sure what extracurricular activities or acomplishes are needed to improve your chances on getting into a college?

Being hispanic, first of all, has no hold on what you can and cannot do for your EC's. But to answer your question, leadership roles are highly looked upon especially the higher up in the chain of command they are. Also, being proficient at a certain activity and getting recognized for it is great. Basically the formula for a great EC is: Leadership + National, State, or Local Level(National being best) + Awards Given (to you or org.) + Being a founder (super bonus points).
