When is the last deadline to send my TOEFL score as an early applicant?
I want to take the Toefl test and send the scores officially. However, due to the covid 19 situation, the seats are limited and the exam gets cancelled every time. Now the only available test is on November 7th and as an early applicant I need to send my application by November 1st. Is it possible for me to send my TOEFL score after the application?

You should not be asking this question here but rather contacting the college you are applying early and asking them whether or not they would accept a TOEFL score after November 13th which is approximately the release date of the Nov.7th test date. No one here works in the admissions office nor knows what college your are applying to.
Ask the school if they take duolingo test scores! Many schools are taking the DET as a result of covid-19.Also may schools have revised their english proficiency policies for the same.
