What is the best major for a pre-med track? I have heard many say "pick any major, as long as you get the required pre med courses done you will be fine". Of course there is Biology and chemistry. What other majors will help fully prepare me for med school in the future.

Again there is no “right” answer you just need pre med prerequisites so do want you want. My advice is to go into a field you’d like to be in so if you suddenly hate blood you don’t need to redo college but if you want stuff more related to the field I’d heavily look into Biomed engineering as it’s health related and would pay good. Again this is my suggestion but find out what you like. I’m not you.
TLDR do what you want as in your 2nd option after meeting school.
