Admissions Advice

Dual enrollment in place for AP courses.

My school doesn't offer any AP or Honors courses, but has a very strong dual enrollment program. I want to self-study for 4 AP exams for next May before graduation, (Statistics, Government, Psychology & U.S History) and I was wondering if taking a dual enrollment course at a top rate community college would be a great replacement for an AP class? I understand both vary in subjects covered, and I'll still study each unit separately, but would college courses save me a bit of time?
