Hi there! The purpose of this feature is to give you a chance to connect with admissions officers and get your questions answered. You don't necessarily need to do anything attention-grabbing. We recommend being clear and specific about your interests, articulating why you feel like the school is a good fit for you (not necessarily why you should be admitted, but rather why you like the school), and including 1-2 specific questions in the note (that you can't find the answer to online).
