History credit in high school

Hello,

I am a rising junior (class of 2027)

In grade 9, I took regular world history and in grade 10, I took AP World History.

I feel like I need at least 3 history classes in my high school transcript, especially because a lot of UC schools require students to take one word history and one us history class.

I am having a hard time fitting in any more history classes into my schedule.

But if only having two history classes will severely damage my high school transcript, maybe I can make some adjustments.

Or do you think taking APUSH outside of school can help make up for having only two history courses in school?

Someone please help me ;(

Hey, I think that APUSH is a valuable class that people must take but I do not know if it would be good to take it independently. It depends on how devoted you are and how much time you have on your hands. If you are going to do APUSH out of school, then I think that you should watch and take notes from Heimler's History on Youtube. He offers many resources as well, at a cost, but I think that his videos are really helpful for those who are taking AP history classes.
