In a perfect world, all four. But, if you don't want to do all of them, I'd focus on grades and ECs this year. It's hard to change your grades after your Sophomore year in a meaningful way for colleges, and ECs are always important to have. It's nice to start on the SAT as early as possible, perhaps a PSAT or just normal studying, but it isn't AS necessary this year if you don't want the added stress. Finally, it's always a good thing to know what colleges you're looking for, especially because you'll have to apply to them next year. Still, you can take that as you go. So, grades and ECs are definitely the way to go this year!
