Admissions Advice

CSS profile

I am an international student applying to colleges this cycle. My CSS profile is already submitted , and I have used the correction feature. I accidentally clicked no for the 'Does your government have any restrictions on transferring funds to study abroad?', and just found out that we do indeed have restrictions. Apparently, we need a no objection letter given by the education board. Do I need to email the colleges individually to inform about this now? Is this going to delay my financial aid or harm my chances of getting aid?
