Please clarify what your question is? Are you applying to college? Are you an International Student? What country do you live in? What college application or portal is asking you to report your coursework and grades? Americans are unfamiliar with what you are referring to. Regards

My question is like = senior secondry leaving examination = here I have to put my recent most marksheet or high school leaving examination marksheet. I am from India, This is asked by Common app at last testing area senior secondry leaving examination.

In America, the SAT is considered the college admissions test however, I believe you're talking about the high school diploma as it certifies you finished the requirements and are leaving secondary school.

If your country offers national leaving examinations and you have graduated, then mention them.

Otherwise, mention the most recent transcript's grades.

Some colleges want you to add additional grades for application (e.g., 9th -12th grade).

If you want to apply there, then you have to add those grades as well.
