Regarding essay review spam

Hello!

I am asking this question regarding the essay review section of the site as I am not sure where else to go regarding this.

I revised this paper earlier today: https://imgur.com/a/iag1TBu

However, since then, I have seen the same paper almost six times. Would it be possible to suggest a limit on how many times you could submit the same essay? I can't revise another essay without repeating this prompt by the same individual due to how much they have spammed the system.

So I want to comment on both sides of this issue. I really don’t like the idea of a cap of submissions. I had about 10 submissions last week and that was split 6-4 between 2 essays so I really want the ability to submit as many as I need to and can (in terms of karma) but I feel like there should be a cool down between how many times one account can review one account. Like Bob reviewed James essay on Monday and he can’t review any of James essays until Thursday. I also uknowingly reviewed 1/2

The same essay on the same day and my entire feedback was “Sorry, I reviewed this already. My apologies. So that’s why I like the idea of a cool down.

So to my knowledge there is no cap or limit to submitting essays but I recommend you email support@collegevine.com. I know they are always tweakin things so you should get a resolution with them not us highschoolers. :-)
