my parent own a small healthcare agency would helping with taxes, investments, and finance in general (if they let me lol) would it be a good extracurricular for upenn or mit or any of the top business schools

Absolutely. Colleges love when you do work in the field you're interested in majoring in because it shows passion and interest. As long as you spend a significant amount of time doing it, you should definitely include it :)
