Do colleges value summer programs such as the Congress of Future Medical Leaders or NSLC?

For context, I am a high school junior who was recently invited to the Congress of Future Medical Leaders and the National Student Leadership Conference (NSLC). Are programs like this legit and does attending them look good to top-tier colleges?

Save your money. Do something more productive. As someone else said: they just want your money, it won't help you land anything college wise. You just sit in an arena all day and listen to speakers, some are quite good but come on.

It's also worth it to use the money somewhere else.
