For someone who wants to take the pre-med track what are some recommended extracurriculars and electives (i.e academic decathlon) to take to make me stand out to ivy league colleges?

Try reaching out to multiple professors that teach your desired major and are local. That way you might be able to get published research with them. Published research with a professor especially the major you want, looks great on college applications!
