What independent scholarships are available to non-US citizen college applicants?

I’m an international student interested in attending U.S. colleges. Which independent scholarships are meant for/ open to international students? By independent, I’m referring to those which can be used for any colleges/ leagues/ systems, not those which are specific to one college only. Thank you!

Your best bet is to apply through global organizations and to scholarships at the schools themselves. In fact, scholarships at the schools themselves tend to be more generous and easier to win than independent scholarships (though they're still highly competitive). You may also look into schools that meet 100% demonstrated financial need for international students. They tend to be the most selective private universities and liberal arts colleges. Hope this helps!
