Hello!
This is more of a curiosity question tbh, but I was wondering if a student were to have several A's at a certain community college and a single B, would it be necessary to report the grade that I got in that certain class?
I recall having to report my dual enrollment community college and my online college transcript of courses and grades to the university I was accepted into. It would be unethical to just report As when your college transcript says otherwise. That's like stating you were a straight-A college student when you are not. I understand the idea of not disclosing information to the colleges you are applying to in order to view you more favorably but that is a blatant lie. I wouldn't conflate GPA and course rigor with how the Common App allows you to report only the highest SAT or ACT test score you achieved. In the latter case, there is an established standard for applicants to pick and chose what standardized tests score they wish to submit. Why they do that is because standardized test scores are never a surrogate for overall GPA and course rigor and for many admissions officers are simply a rough indicator that the applicant can meet a certain standard established by previous classes of applicants.

lol thx this was just a curiosity question since i heard that you don't have to report all standardized test scores
