It depends on what colleges you are looking for and more specifically about what major, but I would say at least a 3.5 and above.

Science programs can be very competitive depending on the school you are applying to. It would be best to aim for as high a you can. 3.5-4.0 is a nice range. You should also look into the gpa's that the particular school usually accepts. That should give you a better idea on what you should aim for. I hope that helps!
