International under 18 application method

Hi! Is the process of applying to universities different if I am an international under 18 student? I will graduate at 16 but enter at 17, but I don’t know if I have to have a type of legal tutor in the country o any other requirement.

I don't believe the application process is different if you are under 18 as an international student. A lot of non-international students are 17 when they're applying to colleges and some are even still 17 when they begin attending, but there is no application difference for them.
