I want to know if the caribbean cape exam is equivalent to AP and what is the csec equivalent to.

You can definitely add that you did the exam, but I don't think that the Exam is "equivalent" to an AP. AP has many different subjects that you can test for college credit. But, you can always put your score on your resume.
