Do colleges outside of the state of New York, look at the New York State Regents Examinations?

Will low regents grades affect my admissions decision, to a school outside of New York, like Stanford University for example?

As long as you don't fail your regents colleges or have it majorly impact your grades, colleges in general will not care much about the regents
