CollegeVine Chancing Engine change

My chancing for Harvard says 29-43% on the chancing simulator but on the dashboard it says <25% with the same stats on both. Why is it different and why did Collegevine change it to not give exact percentages?

What ec’s do you have to be getting 43% chance??? Mine is like 16%

Hey @lij1207, thanks for bringing this to our attention. You helped us find a bug which has now been fixed. Do you mind checking your chances again to make sure they are the same? As a thanks for bringing this to our attention I'm going to go ahead and add some karma to your account.

CollegeVine calculates your dashboard chances from your "main" profile (the one that you can share with colleges) and your "simulated" chances from the profile on the chancing simulator page. Did you check the "main" profile to see whether your stats are the same as the simulated profile? If not, this might be why there's a difference.
