Is taking the PSAT important?
Answered

While taking my PSAT this year, I ended up getting quarantined (yay covid) so I was not able to complete my test. Is this important for getting into college? I plan on taking the SATs this summer or next.

Hey! From my knowledge the sat score is most important. If you can i really recommend taking the psat. I took it twice and by my junior year (this year) i placed 77th percentile on the first try because i was more seasoned with what the test was like. Try to take it if you can, and if you can’t, i recommend the practice test booklet!

Hello!

PSAT scores are not submitted to colleges in your application. They are good for practice for the SAT, however. You can also take excellent practice tests on Khan Academy.

Hope this helps!
