Hi! I don't know if this counts as an extracurricular, but doing many internships at different companies will really help. You can even ask your school to write you letters and get letters of recommendation etc...

You could also participate in IT club, Coding, Languages (Surprising, but actually helpful), even Chess Club, because Chess requires a lot of focus and intelligence, so that

may be helpful.

If your school has it, stuff like Electronics Club or Web Design.

But don't only limit yourself to things that relate to what you want to study. Colleges don't want someone who is only major focused, you have to find other things you are interested in, like sports, music, theatre etc...
