So where the chancing is concerned and it says the school gpa they usually except between is that weighted or unweighted?

You should put your unweighted GPA in your profile. There is a separate place to list the number of honors, AP/IB, and college courses you have taken during high school which counts towards your course rigor.
If you want a weighted GPA calculator, there is one on this site under 'guidance.'
