A perfect college list comes at a perfect price. And I'm certain that offline you will be able to find someone who will take your stats, ECs, spikes, demographics, family finances, and other contributing factors and work with you and your family to get a reasonable list of colleges to apply to. I'm not sure this is the right venue to ask for that. Nevertheless, good luck and use the Chancing Engine as much as possible to curate your own CV list. Just remember to have a good mix of Safeties, Targets, and Reaches.
