When should I submit SAT?

If the bottom 25% are at 1330 for that college and I got a 1310 should I submit my score or apply test optional?

I just read it and it’s saying that you should aim for the 50% but doesn’t suggest whether or not you should submit it. I’m 20 under the 25% and I’m white,

Nobody can actually give you a definite answer on whether you should submit your SAT or not. Since you're white, I'd probably not submit the SAT if I were you. But be sure to consult your counselor about it and try to make an informed decision or maybe try to improve your SAT to the middle 50%.
