Listing activities section confusion.

Does the ecs done /pursued after high school graduation will be beneficial if I mention ?

How to arrange the ecs ? Should I list similar activities in one section? Like attending winning several debate competitions? Doing volunteer works for 2 organizations? I was involved with 1 organizations (during HS )for like 3 years until pandemic and other after graduation basically while on gap year .

I did few internships unpaid should I mention them together or separately ?

Also to mention I was a content writer and a social media manager (not internships )of two other organizations as well. I am still working for them. I earned some money through my writing work freelancing basically. My problem is how do I list them actually ? Or should I submit a resume instead.

Sorry for the long post. I have been really confused about all these for many days and couldn’t decide myself so need your advices.

If they seem like noteworthy accomplishments on their own, then maybe let them stand on their own as well. But if they seem like they could be lumped together and even stand stronger as one piece, it would be better to keep them in one catagory.
