You need to talk about what has made your unique experience in the listed categories has brought you to and made you a good candidate for Ohio University. This means discussing your service hours or work experience in a way that appeals to AOs that will read your essay. So, instead of writing, "I have done many acts of community service and had a summer job," you should frame it more like, "Because of my passion for helping people, I have joined two volunteer organizations over the course of the summer. I have a strong work ethic and have taken up a position at . This has led me to believe I would be a good fit at Ohio University," or something similar.
