I know that when you send your transcript to colleges for applications they do their own gpa calculation. But do they count classes like speech and music tech that were only semester long electives? And religion classes since I go to a Catholic high school?
Yes, they will count that. Even classes done for one semester affect your GPA.
Most GPAs are calculated by semester, so semester long classes will definitely also affect your GPA. Religion classes also count. Every class you enroll in and complete in high school will be considered by AOs. Hope this helps!
