Admissions Advice

Fasfa
Answered

I know fasfa has opened and I'm not finished my essays yet. I'm a senior and I work five days a week as custodian at my school from 2:30 to 8:30 so It's hard to get everything done, so the weekends are usually where I finish what I started. I have a plan to finish my applications by the second to third week of october and apply for fafsa after. Is it better to apply with or without our applications done. I don't wanna be too late.

If you are applying to any school's ED or EA, ideally you should get your FAFSA and CSS Profile done by November 1st. For RD, get these 2 forms completed and submitted by January 1st, 2022. Good Luck.

Agreed -- you're going to want to have FAFSA and CSS Profile done by the time your particular application deadlines arrive. If you need guidance on how to complete the FAFSA, CV has a blog post that can help: https://blog.collegevine.com/the-ultimate-guide-to-filling-out-the-fafsa/. I hope this is helpful, and good luck -- you got this!
